Incorporated in 2012, White Mountain Forager specializes in harvesting a variety of wild, natural foods to market. Gourmet wild mushrooms, fiddle heads, ramps, and various wild berries are among our selection offered as each comes into season. Doug and his team have a deep passion for our forests and ecosystems, practicing sustainable harvesting techniques to bring the highest quality natural foods to you. Products
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a wild mushroom. Although rare, some people are allergic to members of the mushroom family. As with all potential foods, you should be aware of any signs and symptoms of allergic reactions and respond accordingly.
